Tips For Winning Time Machine 11/27/15

The November 27, 2015 Time Machine contest features the following question:

What will the relative humidity be in Bangalore, India for January 17th-21st (as predicted by weather.com)?

If you have access to an actual time machine, you can of course simply travel to the future and retrieve the answer.  If not, you should familiarize yourself with this 10-day weather chart at Weather.com.

On January 12th, 2016, at exactly 11 AM CT, what will be the SUM of the predicted humidity in Bangalore, India for the following five days:

  • January 17
  • January 18
  • January 19
  • January 20
  • January 21

EXAMPLE: In the following weather.com chart, the sum of the predicted daily humidity for the five-day period is 263.

Q: What should an entry look like?
A: Your entry should be a one-, two-, or three-digit number.  For example, if you think the humidity sum for the 5-day period will be 150, enter the number “150.”
